CVL Luminaires Link Wall Light
The CVL Luminaires Link Wall Light, designed by Emilie Cathelineau for the Link range, is a pared-back bedside reading light with an architectural profile. Seen here in a brushed-brass tone, the fitting is intended for bedroom use where controlled, localised illumination is required.
The design frames light with a slender vertical cylindrical rod set against a rectangular cuboid backplate. The rod is positioned off-centre on the plate and can be mounted vertically or, where appropriate, horizontally to suit composition and access.
Constructed from metal with a refined metallic finish, the Link wall light emphasises clean geometric lines and a monochrome aesthetic. The rectangular backplate conceals the wall-mount fixings and houses the fitting's electrical components.
The integrated light source sits within the upper portion of the stem and emits a warm, diffused glow through a lateral opening to give glare-free, wall-wash or task illumination for reading. A small horizontal toggle on the stem provides direct manual control at the bedside.
Lighting Design Online positions the Link light as a considered choice for bedrooms that demand both clarity and calm. We provide design-led support for specifying finishes, installation details and compatibility so the finished scheme achieves the intended ambience and lasting quality.
