The Santa & Cole Tekiò Horizontal Pendant, designed by Anthony Dickens, is a horizontally oriented ceiling pendant that pairs traditional Washi paper with a contemporary linear profile. Its capsule-like silhouette and concertina paper texture bring a quiet, crafted presence to interior ceilings.
The form is long and cylindrical with subtly tapered ends, producing a balanced horizontal axis ideal for over dining tables, kitchen islands or circulation spaces. It is offered with two white S&C canopy options with the power supply incorporated: Circular and Rectangular.
Construction combines a rigid metal internal structure finished in white S&C metal with an exterior Washi Japanese paper shade. A polycarbonate inner diffuser sits beneath the paper to help distribute light evenly while protecting the paper from direct contact with the light source.
Light is delivered as soft, glare-controlled ambient illumination thanks to the translucent paper and inner diffuser. The pendant includes warm-dim control from 2200K to 2700K and is suitable for 1–10V dimming; an external 1–10V dimmer is required to operate the dimming function. The design includes two thin suspension points and a separate power cord arranged to run alongside the suspension.
The fitting is rated IP20 and intended for interior use. The canopies incorporate the power supply, simplifying wiring and installation, and the product is supplied with a two-year manufacturer warranty.
