Marset Djembe Pendant by Joan Gaspar is a large ceiling pendant designed to deliver considered overhead illumination. The Djembe range pairs a monolithic dome form with thoughtful material detail, making it suitable for tables and open-plan rooms where a wide pool of direct light is required.
The fixture uses a broad, slightly tapered dome with a wide lower aperture and rounded shoulders to concentrate light downwards. It is available in Sky Blue, Red, Grey and White, each offered in dimmable variants to suit living and dining applications.
Construction is detailed and purposeful: the shade is produced by bi-injected rotary moulding in polyethylene, giving a stone-like textured outer surface and a smooth satin white inner that optimises reflection. A lacquered grey aluminium diffuser and a central interior housing complete the assembly. The material also contributes acoustic damping within a room.
Light is delivered by an integrated LED module (LED SMD 20.8W, 700mA, 2700K, 3023lm included) that provides warm, task-orientated downlighting. The bright interior finish enhances balance and clarity while the large aperture forms a defined pool of light ideal over a dining table or workspace.
