The shade is precision laser-cut from recycled corrugated cardboard and assembled by hand using non-toxic adhesive. Edges show the characteristic dark mark of laser cutting and the surface is tactile and ridged, revealing the internal fluting of the material; all Scraplights are treated with a non-toxic fire retardant.
