Foscarini Lake Wall Light is a sculptural decorative wall lamp designed by Lucidi & Pevere for interiors that favour form as much as function. The asymmetrical, organic profile is conceived to act as both a light source and a piece of modern wall art, producing reflective, diffused ambient light across its face.
The Lake's form includes a fluid fold along the external edge that guides light inwards, creating subtle movement and original light games on the wall. The design is offered in two variants and is intended to be mounted on a vertical axis with the light directed either up or down.
The visible diffuser is made from liquid-coated, injection-moulded ABS with a high-gloss finish that enhances its reflective quality. The concealed wall plate is die-cast aluminium with a white epoxy powder coat and doubles as a dissipator for the LED board.
Light is delivered by an integrated LED board housed behind a small polycarbonate diffuser; two internal reflecting screens improve distribution and increase the perceived surface illumination. The lamp functions as a source of reflected, diffused ambient light rather than a direct task luminaire.
The LEDs are powered directly from the mains without a ballast and the fitting is dimmable; compatibility has been specified with SEOUL-ACRICH LED modules dimmer. The product is rated IP20 for indoor use and includes a concealed wall fixing for a clean installation. Manufacturer’s warranty: 1 year.
